1. Service Description

ReviewStack is an AI-powered reputation management platform. We help businesses monitor online reviews, draft AI-generated responses, detect review patterns, and solicit customer feedback. Access is provided through a web-based dashboard on a subscription basis.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReviewStack only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the service to generate fake or misleading reviews.
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

3. Payment Terms

ReviewStack is offered as a monthly subscription. Plans start at $59/month. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. AI-Generated Content

ReviewStack uses AI to draft review responses and provide analysis. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before it is posted publicly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated outputs. Always review suggestions before publishing.

5. Limitation of Liability

ReviewStack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or data.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove all your data.
