4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (business info, reviews, chat history, and preferences) is permanently removed from our systems. You may request deletion at any time from the Settings page or by emailing us.
5. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
- Right to deletion — request complete removal of your data.
- Right to export — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
